GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic
experienced Teaching Assistant/ HLTA for a lovely
Primary School based
in
Winchester to start immediately. You will be required to teach
KS1/ KS2classes.

To work with GSL Education as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
- Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
- An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online Update Service or be willing to process a new application.
- Have excellent team spirit and good behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the curriculum.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant role requires a strong knowledge
and understanding of safeguarding and child protection or willingness to take a course on safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background recruitment checks including an
enhanced DBS on the update service .
