Job description

We are excited to announce we are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our successful responsive maintenance and larger works team based in Teignbridge. The Painter and Decorator role:

You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
Painting in the Summer and months and Mould wash internally in the winter months
To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard you will be incentivized with bonus schemes
Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you.

What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator:

Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards while working professionally.
Social Housing experience desirable
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the role, with use of own vehicle
