Job description
You will be joining this very large in-house pension administration department at Junior to Intermediate Pensions Administrator level, and will be a very valued part of an exceptionally friendly administration team who are there to ensure that a professional and efficient administration service is provided to the membership of company employees, in accordance with the company's own internal service contracts and agreed administrative procedures. The role requires a basic grounding in occupational pension's schemes administration and some knowledge of working on these already. This is an amazing opportunity to develop and progress your career. Senior Pensions Administrators will help and mentor you, offering training wherever and whenever needed, until you eventually are also ready to move up to this level. Your main task and role will be to deal with daily pension administration work in a timely manner. You will quickly learn about internal compliance with Data Protection/Health and Safety/Quality Management processes and procedures, supporting and contributing to continuous improvement activities within the business, with a focus on the best possible member service and experience.
