Position: Project Quality Implementation Manager

Location: Hybrid (Working both from home and across our locations)

Contract type: Full time, 40 hours per week

Rate: up to 40,000 per annum

About the role
As a Project Quality Implementation Manager with Exemplar Health Care, no two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

supporting and facilitating the audit of digital care plan recording within our care delivery environments
ensuring that we have a quality and consistent approach across all services utilising the Nourish system
highlighting areas of improvement in care plans and their ongoing recording and helping local leads to implement required changes by defined task and timeline approach (supported by Project Manager and other Quality leads)
working with the existing Operational Teams to offer support where needed and be action driven and focused
ensuring reports are provided to the Senior Project Manager,Project Lead and Head of Quality on an agreed timely basis
working closely with the Head of Quality, Head of Behaviour Support, and their respective teams
acting as part of the overall project team and support wider project activity as required.

About you

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with:

a strong background in care planning and risk assessments
experience of a Nourish or other digital care planning systems
evidence of further professional development in relation to quality
strong background in action planning and strong Service User care focus
strong IT proficiency (ideally working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams)
excellent written and verbal communication skills
a pragmatic in approach with strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to apply these in complex and challenging situations
ability to travel to all locations of the business as and when required.
