Job description

Joshua Robert and I are excited to be partnering with a young and ambitious commercial fit–out business based in the west midlands to recruit for a Construction Director.

The owner of the business is looking for an individual to take overall operational responsibility for the west midlands region with an opportunity to move into the Managing Director once other regions have been establish.

The company has a turnerover of 2.5 million and projects range from 50k to 1m. The current operational team consists of 2 project managers, 4 site managers and multiple trades across 4 live sites.

Experience in commercial fit–out is essential as well as commercial acumen.
