Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Central Finance Team providing efficient and effective financial support to ensure the Trust’s core financial responsibilities are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day to day processes are managed in an accurate and timely manner, inputting standard information into the Trust’s financial system, PS Financials, in accordance with financial procedures.

The Finance Assistant will process purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices for equipment and materials accurately with agreed authorisation and timescales, liaising with suppliers and budget holders as necessary. They will also provide high quality financial administrative support to the Trust’s Central Finance Team under the direction of the Finance Manager.

This role is offered on either a part time, term time only or full time basis.

We are able to offer hybrid working for this role upon completion of relevant training.
