Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator who will provide administrative support within a government funded contract that helps unemployed people in to work.

You will manage all new enquiries from the Job Centre Plus, you will referral customers to employment advisors and book appointment dates and times, at the customers’ first meeting you will ensure all contractual paperwork is fully completed and that they are eligible for support prior to inputting the information on to the CRM system.

You will coordinate the reception area, meeting and greeting customers, you will be responsible for ordering stationery, managing petty cash, answering the phone, transferring calls, or taking messages and you will arrange payments to contractors/customers by raising and processing the necessary paperwork including raising Purchase Orders. You will be skilled in using all Microsoft Office applications including recording and manipulating data using Excel spreadsheets.
