Job description
All applicants for this position will be required to undergo a competitive selection process involving a clinical assessment followed by a panel interview. Assessments will take place on a date to be confirmed at the Education and Recruitment Centre in Bone Lane, Newbury. If you have successfully passed a CTE Sim assessment within 6 months of the interview date, you will not be required to complete this again. Please ensure you inform the recruitment officer of this when you are shortlisted. Candidates who successfully pass the assessments will then be invited for interview - date to be confirmed. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any alternative dates for assessments or interviews. Note: you will need to meet the essential criteria as a minimum in order for your application to be shortlisted. You must have completed your Consolidation of Learning Portfolio as part of the NQP programme and have demonstrable experience of working as a Paramedic.
