We have a unique opportunity for an advanced Veterinary Practitioner to join a prestigious veterinary referral centre in the heart of Surrey, situated in a scenic village with a vibrant community. Our esteemed client specialises in delivering exceptional care and compassion to both patients and clients, surpassing expectations with their advanced and specialised services. They take immense pride in serving the local community with outstanding patient and client care and are now seeking an experienced colleague to join their dedicated team.

As a Specialist or Advanced Veterinary Practitioner in Veterinary Surgery, you will enjoy the freedom to shape the clinical direction of your practice. You will work alongside a supportive team, with top-notch support staff, and the opportunity for continued growth within the practice. The clinic is fully-equipped with cutting-edge technology, including an MRI, CT scanner, Endoscopy, X-ray, Ultrasound, Radioactive iodine unit, and on-site laboratory equipment.

You will have the chance to establish your own referral service, become the leading expert in veterinary surgery referrals, and build a strong case-load portfolio.

Key responsibilities include providing CPD to your Veterinary colleagues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines, delivering a high standard of clinical care, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (BVetMed) or equivalent, be registered with the RCVS, and possess a good understanding of veterinary laws and regulations. Surgical skills, knowledge of anaesthesia protocols, pain management, and experience with diagnostic equipment are essential.

The Rota:
• Full time role
• Sole charge
