Job description
I am recruiting for a 3-6 year PQE Planning role in a multi-discipline leading Legal 500 law firm.
Your role will advise developers, landowners and investors on a wide range of planning and highways law matters.
The Planning team deals with matters such as development advice strategy and legal audit, planning applications, planning appeals and judicial review, section 106 and highways/infrastructure agreements, compulsory purchase and compensation and enforcement and prosecutions.
You will work closely on Planning matters with the Partner but the Planning team does sit within the wider Real Estate team.
