Job description
First Call Aviation is looking to recruit Passenger Service Agents (PSA) for Heathrow Airport
If you have worked as PSA and are looking to get back to your position, this is for you
30hrs per week
Shifts Pattern – 4 days ON 2 days OFF
Shifts between 4am – 11pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide an excellent level of customer service, assisting with greeting and passenger documentation.
Check-in and processing of passenger boarding cards and bag tags.
Board and process customers at the boarding gate.
Responsible for following strict safety and security regulations
Assist customers to ensure a smooth journey through the airport
Required skills:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A high standard of literacy and numeracy
Ability to be able to work varied start and finish times
Able to work as part of a team
Good communication skills
Strong IT skills
