The company are looking for someone suited to embark on this journey as they look to expand their customer portfolio this year.
Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Building consistent rapport & relationships with new & existing clients
- Initiating outreach and forging fresh connections
- Enhancing comprehension of current market trends and the company's product portfolio
- Nurturing satisfaction in product and service delivery
- Serving as the primary contact for complaints, customer service, and continuous inquiries
- Collaborating across various departments such as field sales, customer service, and telesales P
- ursuing ambitious Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Forecasting and prudently expanding the business development pipeline
- Engage cross board with all aspects of customer service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Regularly update customer data in the company's CRM system
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention

The successful candidate will:
- Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments, adept at maintaining positivity and composure
- Have experience in relevant sales or account management field
- Demonstrate proficiency in fostering positive connections through effective interpersonal communication
- Possessing business savvy and a proven history of delivering substantial commercial outcomes in similar roles
- Have exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, adept at handling concurrent projects
- Energetic team member proactively bringing forth fresh ideas to cultivate client loyalty and engagement

- Commission earnings upto £45,000 OTE
