Together Housing is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services and engage with our target audience.
Requirements
- As the Marketing Coordinator , you will play a vital role in creating and implementing captivating marketing plans and campaigns that will leave a lasting impression.

- You will also be at the forefront of organizing and coordinating exhilarating events and promotional activities for our brand.
- It will be up to you to diligently monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making sure to achieve the best possible results. Keeping track of marketing trends through market research will be a crucial aspect of your role, enabling you to respond to findings with creative approaches.
- Another crucial aspect of your role is collaborating enthusiastically with internal teams, esteemed external agencies, and key stakeholders to maintain cohesive branding and deliver powerful messaging.
- In addition, you will take on the project management of marketing campaigns for all brands and businesses within Together Housing Group, displaying your expertise in marketing planning.
- You will also act as a brand guardian for the suite of Together Housing Group brands, providing valuable advice and support to colleagues.
- Your management skills will come into play as you oversee the Marketing team's quality assurance processes and ensure the effectiveness of campaigns against key performance indicators.
- Managing digital and print media buying, engaging with suppliers, and monitoring the annual marketing budget will also be within your domain.
- Lastly, you will ensure legal compliance in all outgoing marketing and communications collateral, staying up-to-date with GDPR laws and trade marking legislation.
We are looking for someone who has...
- Qualifications at degree level in Marketing or a related subject and a CIM Diploma in Marketing (or willing to study the Diploma)
- Experience in marketing or a similar role.
- A proven track record of managing digital and print based marketing outputs in customer facing environments, and of planning and implementing multichannel marketing activity to deliver business benefits.
- Expertise in writing engaging, informative and accurate copy, tailored to the needs of a target audience
- Experience in dealing with customers online and responding to negative customer issues
- Confidence and accuracy in controlling a budget and monitoring expenditure
- Experience of media buying and liaising with suppliers
- Awareness and understanding of marketing legislation, including copyright, GDPR, PECR and advertising standards.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
- A creative and innovative mindset!
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

- S alary: £31,538 per annum (Pay review pending April 2024)
- Annual salary increment increases
- 27 days annual leave (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) + bank holidays
