Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Willenhall
Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments of functional ability in activities of daily living
• Assessing fall risks and providing support with mobility issues
• Planning and implementing therapeutic activities tailored to patient needs
• Reporting on patient progress to the multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders

Role Requirements:

• HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
• Understanding of Mental Health
