As the face of the company, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your role will involve handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues with professionalism and poise.


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear and concise interactions with customers. A minimum of 1 years proven track record in a customer service environment is essential, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks with a customer-centric approach.


Experience in being able to identify and assess customer's requests to be able to action accordingly along with accurately recording and maintaining customer data ensure compliance to GDPR legislation. No qualifications required for this role just your ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude will be key in fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for customers. Further on the job training will be provided.

Working Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 9am-5pm

Starting salary £22,500 which can move up to £24,500 following certain criteria steps.
