Reception and Finance Assistant

Fixed term contract - Initially 3 months

Salary: up to £26k depending on experience

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 9am-6:00pm

This design studio are looking to hire someone for their team to support with Reception duties as well as supporting and assisting the finance team.

Applicants do not necessarily need the experience within finance but be interested and keen to learn duties within this department.

Duties:

• Answering calls and emails


• Welcoming visitors to the office


• Distributing post and courier deliveries


• Assist with any admin duties


• Assisting with finance duties such as invoicing, chasing payments etc

Requirements:

• Previous experience within Reception


• Experience within finance is beneficial


• Experience using Sage software is beneficial


• Happy with a contract role


• Available to start a role immediately
