The Role Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Quality Performance Specialist to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months (rolling, reviewed annually).
As a Quality Performance Specialist you will provide Planning, Steering & Management of all operational aspects of the corporate site services for the site, including the management of service providers, within agreed objective and budget, for the plant in Goodwood. To provide a systematic approach, to ensure Real Estate & FM projects, repairs and maintenance tasks are completed, on time, on budget and with the correct quality. To develop systems, approaches and procedures to collect and report customer requirements and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Delivery of financial ordering process (SAP)
- Manage and support quality assurance of service providers (Audits, service level agreements)
- Organize and support regular business partner reviews for evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Establish, organize and facilitate quality management in the Facility Management provision process. Here support regarding standardisation of project work and empowerment including cooperation with the interface partners.
- Ensuring transparency of the status of individual projects by means of traffic lights, these are in particular SAZ/costs, milestones/dates, quality criteria and risk management.
- Monitoring of data quality in project management tool KLUSA
- Design & implement robust processes and methods for compliance testing & audits for Site Services
- Prepare transparency about external contracts and set up of early warning system for expiring contracts.
- Provide Transparency about supplier performance & supplier evaluation.
- Operate the regular workwear champions meetings Goodwood.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Job holder must demonstrate competences and experiences in quality and performance management and project management
- Self-motivated
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Abled to multitask and prioritise.
