Job Title: Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car / Allowance

Location: M62 Corridor - Hull, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool

Sector: Modular Building

• Are you an experienced contracts manager with a background in modular construction?
• Can you deliver c. £1M contracts as main contractor?

Working across education, health care and commercial sectors You will be joining an owner managed business with a strong standing in the modular construction market for new build works of c. £1m - £3m in value.

Specialising in education and health care works, you will manage multiple sites across the Midlands and Northern England. We have been exclusively retained to seek candidates with experience of modular building works who would benefit from an autonomous role in taking ownership of the region for this modular contractor.

With over thirty years in business and an excellent employee retention rate, you can expect a welcoming and positive working environment. Backed by in-house manufacturing, estimating, design and commercial support, you will manage all aspects of project delivery once the modules have left the production line.

Candidate Profile:

• Holder of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• A background of modular building works with experience of end-to-end project delivery
• Strong planning skills with capability to raise RAMS and phase plans
• Personnel management experience including sub contractors and directly employed staff
• Good communication skills in managing clients and internal stakeholders
• Willing to travel across the midlands and north region to monitor multiple live projects
