MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Delivery team with an Operations Manager for our ESD joint venture framework. Inverness based, you will support the leadership team in the implementation of strategies and action plans to ensure the successful delivery of the framework.
ESD is a joint venture between MWH Treatment, Black & Veatch, and Galliford Try formed to deliver Scottish Water’s Non Infrastructure Programme.
You will report directly to the Delivery Manager and the responsibilities will include:
To manage a team of Project Managers and deliver a sub-programme of work within the Framework
Effective collaboration with the Programme Management office and support services, including Design, Estimating, Procurement, EHS, MEICA and Commissioning
Management, supervision, training and development of direct reports
Ensure all commercial aspects of the project are managed proactively and controls are in place
Ensure that there are sufficient competent resources deployed on projects
Drive to establish and embed positive delivery within the Joint Venture
Have the ability to work effectively across all aspects of operations including management, design, civil, M&E, commissioning and aftercare.
