Production Manager

Commutable from: Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool

£45'000 - £52'000 + Training + Up to 10% Bonus + Private Medical + 24 Days Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join an innovative electrical solutions specialist in an autonomous role where you can stamp your mark, expand the division and have a direct impact on company success.

This international company develop and manufacture bespoke solutions to electrical utilities, emphasising the importance of their relationship with their customers, committing themselves to innovating energy efficient and sustainable products.

In this role, you will be managing the production team and processes to ensure efficiency across the division. This will involve delegating tasks to the team leader and production staff, ensuring the production process is followed correctly and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be a Production Manager within the manufacturing sector. Candidates should have good knowledge of SAP and lean methodologies (i.e. 5S).

The Role:
*Production Manager for electrical solutions
*Ensure all production processes are followed correctly to ensure efficiency
*Consistent liaison between internal teams and shop floor
*Ensure tasks are delegated and completed in line with time schedules
*Site based

The Person:
*Experience as a Production Manager in the manufacturing / engineering sector
*Excellent ERP system knowledge (ideally SAP)
*Strong understanding of 5S and lean methodologies
