What's involved with this role:
Temporary Carpenter
Reference no: PHA TCL 0008 9097 / 1
Pay Rate: £16.29 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 42.50 Monday – Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
This opening assignment is for 3 months
City: WALTHAMSTOW, LONDON
Basic DBS disclosure required
Would rather can do some other trades also including minor plumbing/ electrics etc but not essential
Location - east london waltham forest, e17, e4,e5, e16,e10,e11
Work with members to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Work with tools and equipment as needed
Key Responsibilities
Tailoring and hanging of doors
Kitchen fitting including plumbing and basic electrical aspects
Building timber framework and structures
Dry lining and partition walls
Fitting and/or repairs of windows and doors
Repairs and replacement of hardware components
Diagnostic investigation visits related to property repair issues reported
Scope works required and provide a detailed specification of materials and labour time
