Role and Responsibilities:
As a Year 5 Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our enthusiastic Year 5 students. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing timely feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages a love of learning.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for all students.
Maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating with students, parents, and the school leadership team.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with Year 5 students.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
A passion for education, a commitment to student progress, and a desire to make a real difference.
