Support Worker - Relief contracts available

Location – Longcroft

Pay Rate - £10.90 per hour

The Role

You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced support workers in a residential home in Longcroft, Falkirk supporting 6 individuals. On a typical day you will promote independence and support people to meet their chosen outcomes. This can be daily living skills such as:- personal care, medication administration, cooking and domestic tasks. The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day. We support people with complex health needs and work in partnership with local health professionals. You will encourage and support individuals to achieve their life goals in a happy and safe environment working on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Previous experience is preferred for this position although full training will be provided.

An enhanced PVG is required for this role.
