Job description

I am working with a leading electronics manufacturing company seeking a talented Production Engineer to join their team.

You will be responsible for supporting their printed circuit board assembly operation, ensuring optimal performance of SMT machines, overseeing assembly processes, and troubleshooting any issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience as a Production Engineer, specifically with PCB assembly
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, components, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with CAM software like Circuit CAM or Factory Logics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to generate machine programs from customer data
• Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
