Our Reeds Rains branch in York are looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Valuation Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Trainee Lettings Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £25,000 to £35,000 per annum

• £4,000 per annum car allowance

In the role of a Lettings Valuation Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:

• Generating and conducting Lettings Appraisals
• Winning and gaining new instruction on properties to let
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Local market knowledge and networking

• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)

• Displaying excellent customer service at all times

As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge. A full UK driving license is essential.

This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
