Job description

Due to rapid growth within the business we are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join our vibrant and dynamic team!

The Site Supervisorrole is there to support the Project Manager in the delivery of the projectby supervising the onsite activities of our Teams. The role will also support with liaising with Clients local authority and supervising direct and subcontractor labour.

Duties of the Site Supervisor:

• Supervision of subcontract and direct labour
• Responsible for processing subcontractors measure
• Responsible for direct labour measure
• Responsible for delivery to project programme
• Responsible for ensuring project specification is adhered to
• Responsible for project compliance via audits
• Responsible for identifying and claiming any additional revenue items from client
• Materials ordering and auditing
• Ordering plant tools and transport as required
• Updating project databases as required
• Updating client systems as required

What we are looking for:

• Supervision of direct labour and subcontractors
• Technical knowledge of telecommunications specifications OH and UG
• Knowledge of PIA deployment methodologies
• Working knowledge of BTOR CP Engineering Principles OH and UG
• Familiar with MS Office applications(Outlook Word and Excel)
