Job description

Together with Imogen Stirling , we are recruiting an Associate Director to support the realisation of Love the Sinner in 2024. Following the success of the performances in May 2023, Love the Sinner is being remounted for a tour of up to 12 venues across Scotland, funded by Creative Scotland’s Touring Fund.

Position: Associate Director – Love the Sinner
Job type: Freelance
Fee: Minimum of £550 per week
Dates: 19th August – 29th September (6 weeks: 2-week rehearsal + 4-week tour)
Location: Glasgow + touring Scotland (dates to be confirmed)
Expenses: travel, accommodation & meal allowance will be organised and paid for by Vanishing Point in line with ITC/Equity rates

The purpose of this role is to support the director (Matthew Lenton) during rehearsals and technical rehearsals and to oversee venue transfers as required.
