Due to this increase in workflow, an opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join this leading practice operating out of their central London office. On offer is hybrid working 2 days from home each week. The Firm This cutting-edge firm has grown steadily over the past few years and now has an annual turnover of just under £10 million. With circa 90 staff across their 2 offices (central London and Hertfordshire), they are in the process of making some senior hires across multiple practice areas, as they build on their continued success. The Role This role will suit an ambitious solicitor who has a keen eye for detail. They represent both employers and employees. They offer advice on every stage of the employment relationship, with a particular focus on recruitment and recruitment agencies, contracts, retention, absence, performance and rewards, restructuring, holiday pay, immigration, redundancy, TUPE, tribunals, disciplinary action, dismissal and discrimination.What's on offer:
