Job Opportunity in Sussex Area! Join Core Group as a Fire & Flood Technician starting ASAP.

Position: 1x Fire & Flood Technician
Duration: Permanent
Rates: £27.000 - £30000

️ Duties:

• Specializing in the restoration of properties affected by fire and flood damage, overseeing and leading labor teams to efficiently execute necessary tasks.
• Experience including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plaster boarding and flooring installation.
• Proficient in the meticulous process of stripping out damaged areas.
• Demonstrates advanced skills in utilizing various tools and equipment, with a requirement to possess personal tools.
• A valid driving license is essential, and the provision of a van is likely for transportation purposes.
• Experience in rip-outs and restoration projects after flood and fires.

Must-Have:

• CSCS Card
• Own Tools
• Full PPE
• Relevant Experience
