£11.00 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience
General Administration duties
MS Office and Excel experience is essential
Good written & spoken English
Details of an Administrator based in Walsall
- Full time 9am till 5pm
- Pay £11.00 - £12.00 per hour
- Temp to Perm role
- Logging deliveries and collections onto Excel
- Calling customers advising them of scheduled deliveries
- Good admin and secretarial skills an advantage
Requirements of an Administrator based in Walsall
- 9am till 5pm
- Monday to Friday
- Must have previous experience working MS Office (Mainly Excel).
- Record Time & Attendance - communicate with agencies
- Liase with transport / customers to confirm vehicle moves
- Manage reception & visitors book
