Job Title: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer
Location: West Midlands
Rate: Up to £60 hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time, Remote Working (once a month office attendance)
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a
Council based in the West Midlands in the search for an experienced
Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer. This is a full-time position where you will be working on a range of procurements, projects, and contract matters.
Duties may include:
- Providing quality advice and supporting all departments of the Council on a wide range of matters relating to procurement, negotiation and drafting of all types of complex legal agreements, commercial, and local government law
- Assisting colleagues and developing knowledge in other areas including highways law, companies' law, and public/administrative law
- Providing legal advice and representing the Council’s clients with any contractual matters
This post is full time, (37 hours per week) on a remote basis offering up to £60/hour Umbrella.
