Seeking Reservations Superstars! Are you someone with a flair for customer service and keen attention to detail? If so, my client is offering a remarkable opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator who thrives in the bustling atmosphere of the hotel industry.
In this dynamic role, you will be trusted with the responsibility of processing all reservation enquiries, whether they come via phone, email, or through internet booking sites.

Your main focus will be on efficient and accurate operations, from the initial contact to the final reservation. Successful rate management and transforming enquiries into sales will be crucial in ensuring maximised revenue and occupancy. Furthermore, your comprehensive knowledge about the hotel's range of facilities and services will empower you to suggest them to guests, aiming to bolster hotel sales.
Experience in hotel PMS would be advantageous, however system training will be offered to the successful candidate
