Job description
We are looking to offer an experienced welder-fabricator to join HS2 projects located in Kingsbury, Birmingham.This is work on plant with other welders, electricians and fitters team.Stick welding experience is necessary.Job Duties:- Pre-assembly Plant workshop set-up & Shed installation (for cutterhead pre-assembly) - fabricating pipework for segments for bridges- Welding and cutting works on different equipment on our job site- Support to HK Cutterhead+Tail Skin welding operation- STP modules delivery and assembly- Oxy settling cutting, welding prefabricated steel fixing cages for concrete.This is a full time role with working hours being 7.30am - 5 pm Monday - Friday (1h break each day)Requirements: CSCS green card, coadings + full UK driving licenceStart date: ImmediateRate: £30.85 ph PAYE (with 30 days holiday and pension scheme) In return we provide HS2 induction, safety critical medical and necessary PPE.You would need to be able to demonstrate your proof of rights to work in UK and pass drug and alcohol test.To apply, please submit yout most up to date CV.
