Job Description

The Team:

The Fees team are responsible for ensuring the creation, maintenance and application of management fees to clients on a quarterly basis. The management fee structures used are what has been agreed in advance between the client and the Investment Manager. The fees collected are the primary source of income.

The team is also responsible for the collection of fees on behalf of third parties such as Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) who are a key introducer of new business. This involves ensuring that the necessary paperwork is provided in order to facilitate the payments which must be signed by the client and the IFA.

These fees may be in the form of a one off 'Introductory' fee or an ongoing Advice fee to the IFA which are charged at the same time as the fees.

The team is also responsible for the distribution of client invoices and IFA statements.
