Product Owner
This is a new role created to fill the need for a separate team to take responsibility for our Client Agent selling tool. This will be primarily building a portal to allow client call centre agents to sell our propositions to their customers but will be built out and used for agents in other face to face channels such as in-store and in-home. This will be a global product but will be launched first on the USA.
Day to day, you will:
· Take ownership for the identification, refinement, and articulation of the Global Checkout Product requirements (in the form of high-quality user stories and epics) to the wider product team, ensuring absolute clarity for the developers and the wider business,
· Immerse in relevant business process, interviewing stakeholders, and distilling clarity from complex as-is processes; then designing the to-be,
· Become a reliable subject-matter expert on the vision and purpose of the product and develop respected opinions on the right design/development decisions to support the achievement of its business objectives.
· Lead the requirements definition & refinement for a new Client Agent selling product development initiatives, collaborating with other Product tribes to ensure a shared understanding of approach and requirements.
· Work collaboratively with the Product Manager, development team, and business stakeholders to clearly communicate product requirements through precise User Story articulation,
· Support the development team with requirements clarification during build ensuring an aligned single product vision
· Be responsible for researching and mapping the “as-is” and “to-be” state of relevant business process that can be used to clearly identify gaps, required change, associated impact and help determine product design and feature priorities,
