Lettings Valuer
Reading
£28,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£50,000 OTE
A really exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join our client's brand new branch in Reading. They ââcurrently manage 1500 homes from Reading central across their 5 other offices.

Accountable for:
- Personal performance, conduct and presentation.
- Achieving minimum new instruction target for the branch, whilst aiming to promote the long-term growth of the Company name.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all clients.
Duties: - Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings
- Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
- Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.
- Arrange and attend market appraisals/valuations and viewings.
- Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice, using effective comparables.
- Efficient diary planning.
- Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
- Problem solving as necessary.
- Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your line manager.
Required experience: - Previous lettings valuation experience
- Full UK driving licence and your own car is preferred
- Motivated and hungry to achieve targets
- Strong customer service skills
- IT literate
