Job description

Our client seeks an eGaming Compliance Officer to join their team. Role Profile: The Compliance Officer's primary responsibility is assisting the Head of Group Compliance and the eGaming Administration team in ensuring the company and its eGaming client conduct their businesses in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations, and that internal manuals, policies and procedures are being followed. Must have a proactive, can-do attitude and goal oriented Key Responsibilities: Undertake vetted positions to include MLRO / AML/CFT Officer on agreed operators. AML/CFT Officer reporting / testing. AML/CFT Officer report production. Operational testing. Coordinate eGaming Compliance Meetings. Annual AML Manual review. Annual AML Training review. Annual Responsible Gambling training review. AML & Responsible Gambling Training delivery to operators. Annual health check per GSC prescribes format. Perform pre go live back office checks. Perform post go live back office checks. BRA review for operators. TRA review for operators. Monitor industry and regulatory developments, and maintain advanced knowledge of new and amended laws and regulations impacting operations of its own and of its client. Monitor various compliance related deadlines and take the necessary actions to comply with the respective deadlines. Provide assistance, guidance and/or advice to other team/staff members in relation to compliance matters as and when required. Client reviews - KYC / risk. Assist with OGRA returns. Assist with AML Returns. Jurisdiction testing. Complete your weekly timesheet on viewpoint. Provide ongoing support / advice to wider teams. Key Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role. A professional qualification/Diploma in areas such as AML, Governance, Risk and Compliance. Detailed understanding of the Isle of Man anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulatory and legislative requirements. Compliance advisory and monitoring experience within a regulated environment. Confident and proven ability to communicate at Board level. Promoting a strong compliance culture commensurate with the business risk profile. Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and regulatory environment. Working knowledge of international trust and company structures and products within the regulatory environment. Readiness to acquire new knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis. Effective communicator with the ability to negotiate and influence when necessary; and Highly approachable and dependable.
