Job description
Within this role you will be part of a Group Wide IT Service Delivery team, aiming to provide best in class IT Services to a global business. You will act as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customer.
Applicants should a minimum of 2 year's experience in an IT administrative role, and a willingness to study towards an entry level IT qualification. Applicants should have abasicunderstanding of the finance industry and regulatory requirements in which we operate.
