Job description
Key responsibilities: Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and formulate appropriate treatment plans. Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive healthcare measures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Foster positive patient-doctor relationships through effective communication and empathy. Help us to build on our latest, positive, CQC report and shape the future of the practice. Be integral in practice meetings such as clinical governance and MDT meetings. Be involved in training medical students, ST1s and 3s and FY2s. Opportunities to become a trainer or utilise your skills if already a trainer.
