We are looking for a new colleague to join the Quality team at our site in Pontypool.

What you can look forward to as Quality Manager (m/f/d):

• Drive improvement in all aspect of site Quality performance; lead and co-ordinate the delivery of strategic Quality initiatives at plant level in order to strengthen the quality culture 
• Ensure highly effective customer support; provide timely and accurate communications, coordination and concern resolution as appropriate
• Provide strong leadership, direction and guidance to the Site Quality function, including their collective effectiveness, individual performance management and development
• Maintain an effective, efficient and fully compliant Quality Management System 
• Ensure all new introduction and Change Management Quality submissions are delivered in line with programme and customer expectations 

Your Profile as Quality Manager (m/f/d):

• Minimum HNC/HND Standard or equivalent Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 
• Experience a similar role within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment, preferrably within automotive industry
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading Quality Management Systems including IATF 16949:2016, VDA6.3, Advanced Problem-Solving skills, Core Tools, Corrective and Preventive Action tools 
• Lead Auditor experience for IATF16949 as well as Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• Being able to demonstrate success in delivering Quality Improvement 
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional customer focus and strong leadership skills
• Collaborative mindset, at ease with cross functional structures within a Global organisation
