Job description
Welland Academy is seeking a passionate Phase Leader to join our dedicated team of educators.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher who will be able to join our dedicated team of outstanding practitioners. As a Phase Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our pupils. You will lead a team of talented teachers within your phase, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are met. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives, monitor student progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
