General Summary:
The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for managing the soft services operations at Oxford Research, reporting to the Associate Director, Facilities Operations. The position involves managing the facilities operations including coordinating with senior management.
The role holder is expected to demonstrate excellent administration, communication, interpersonal and customer services skills with all levels of the operation and have excellent working knowledge of soft services, including cleaning, reception, events, facilities management, EH&S and associated duties.
