Wayman Group is currently seeking an experienced Biology Teacher to join an excellent school in Westminster. This full-time position will start in April. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Biology lessons that inspire and challenge students
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
• Assess and provide feedback on student progress and achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the school's Biology program and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialization in Biology or a related subject
• Prior experience teaching Biology, preferably at the secondary level
• Passion for Biology and a commitment to student success
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Continual professional development to stay current with advances in Biology education
