Job description

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a  Recruitment Consultant to join our team, covering  Residential Care across the Norfolk, Suffolk and East Anglian region.

Our teams have been exceeding client’s and candidate’s expectations for many years, providing exceptional levels of care. We work with a variety of establishments including elderly care, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health and dual diagnosis.

This position can be made flexible to meet the needs of the most suitable candidate, meaning we can consider full time, or part time and the location of the role can also be flexible but needs to be within Norfolk/Suffolk.

This role would involve recruiting healthcare professionals including support workers and care assistants. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as the vital link between clients and candidates and therefore need great people skills. You’ll use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business and build positive client relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:

The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced and target driven. Work is predominantly office based but time is also spent outside the office, meeting with clients and interviewing candidates.

For your application to be considered you’ll need to show evidence of the following:

Previous healthcare experience would be beneficial.

Own transport for the role is essential due to the nature of the role and visiting client’s premises.

You must also enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility that comes with it. The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background, having run a temporary recruitment desk, ideally in the healthcare sector but consideration will be given to those from a strong sales and customer service background.

You will be IT Literate, using Microsoft Systems. For our in-house CRM System and other portals full training will be given.

This role offers a competitive basic salary plus a generous performance-related commission structure.
