Job description
The Commercial Lawyer position will hold the following responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to all internal business units and stakeholders
- Carrying out legal work and advice for a variety of different European entities
- Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts
- Prepare supplier agreements, customer agreements, NDAs and property leases
- Handle all incoming legal queries to the team
- Ensure compliance processes are followed
- Update the business on legal updates, training and changes
