Are you a LAMP-oriented web developer with experience?

Would you like to work to work for an exciting micro business based in Sheffield?
Little Fire Digital is a web design and development agency based in Sheffield’s Sheaf Bank Business Park, the team of self-proclaimed geeks are time served web monkeys.
They busy themselves with e-commerce development, general development and design, SEO and email marketing.
Little Fire Digital is an environmentally conscious organisation, with a percentage of all their turnover being used to plant trees – over 7000 to date! They keep everything as local as possible, using local, carbon-neutral data centres.
Little Fire pride themselves on their team and their care for employees. It’s an informal and friendly office, offering flexible working and some work from home.
As we head into 2024 and Little Fire’s 9th year, the team have created this brand-new role and are looking to fill it with a high-level junior to mid-level web developer.
Little Fire is looking for someone who
Is genuinely interested in helping customers
Has a passion for web design and development
Is a full stack or frontend developer with some knowledge of backend software's – some training can be provided though!
A typical day in this role might look like this:
Talking to your set clients and coming up with solutions to their problems
Completing project analysis and creating project proposals
Using technologies such as PHP, WordPress, CSCS, JavaScript and Shopify to create and maintain fantastic web sites
Working with the team to test out each other's code, making sure only the best work makes it back to the client
Giving Scruffy the dog a good old scratch behind the ears!
