Required from Monday 25 March 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter

Band 4 Points 12-17 £26,421 - £28,770 FTE

Part-time (27.5hours/week), Full-Year

Mon – Fri  6:45am – 12:45pm x1 vacancy and 12:15 – 6:15pm x 1 vacancy; 27.5 hours per week 

Working pattern: All Year, 26 days leave rising to 31 days after 5 years’ service

Permanent (subject to successful completion of six-month probationary period)

The Governors of St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint two enthusiastic, highly-motivated, reliable and dedicated site managers who will provide a comprehensive site management service. Duties will include: fire safety and security, minor repairs, liaising with external contractors, monitoring the fabric of the building to ensure the school remains an attractive, clean and safe environment for our school community.

We are looking for candidates:

• Who have experience of at least one of the following: plumbing, building maintenance, general grounds maintenance and DIY, decorating, heating systems, security systems
• Who are flexible and well organised.
• Who can make positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders eg, contractors, governors, cleaners, teachers etc
• Who can display a conscientious and logical approach to the tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the school
