We currently recruiting for an Early Years Teacher with a full and relevant EYTS qualification to join our Burnley Nursery. The role is working as a Preschool teacher with children aged 3-4 years and is full time Monday to Friday, term time only. Your role as Teacher will include;

- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality early years practice within the room
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
- Knowledge of teaching and the ability to design activities
- Sensitivity and understanding
- The ability to work well with others
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- The ability to understand people’s reactions
-The ability to come up with new ways of doing things
- To be flexible and open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- To be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently

We are looking for individuals with an Early years teacher status. You must have at least 2 years’ experience of working within an early year’s environment as a leader and have a passion for childcare.
