M&E Project Manager, Commissioning Management

Job description

Our client is a well regarded Building Services (Mechanical and Electrical) Engineering Management Consultancy.

They are looking to recruit an experienced M&E Project Manager with Commissioning Knowledge or a dedicated Commissioning Manager, for a short term role in Glasgow.

This client will consider someone either Electrically or Mechanically qualified, provided you have the depth of experience to Manage Commissioning on a large and Interesting project.

Role:

• Manage commissioning of mechanical, electrical and BMS packages.
• Liaise with stakeholders including client, Principal Contractor and sub–contractors.
• Manage workloads including regular look–ahead and project markers.
• Amend programme.
• See project through to handover ensuring all QA documentation is in order.

Person:

• You will have a recognized Building Services, mechanical or electrical qualification.
• You will have worked for a Commissioning Consultancy or Principal Contractor in a Commissioning Management Role.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• Good management skills.
