Job description
The Head of Learning Support is considered a pivotal member of both the academic and pastoral teams at RGS Guildford. They will work closely with all members of staff to ensure that the specific needs of every student are met.
As Head of Learning Support, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, staff development, student experience and operational management of the department. You will inspire and manage your team, striving for the highest standards at all times. You will have a proven ability to build effective working relationships, a positive attitude to your work and be a highly organised, empathetic individual.
